I'm a Over The Road truck driver, I also don't leave many reviews of a place, I also lean towards being introverted (I'm mostly just not a fan of people). That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this bar. The beers on tap are quality. The food being served is made to order, the owner clearly took Chef Gordon Ramseys advice and doesn't microwave things here, I'm I'm talking about the fact that I went with the fish and chips (duh, it's Maine) and this wasn't the Gordon Fisherman fish filets, this was hearty, hand breaded, fresh catch. Certainly satisfying. One of the few places I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. The bar tender was welcoming, courteous, and kept my glass full, it doesn't hurt tart she was cute too. If you're looking for a spot, this would be it, you won't feel sorry.

Went there with old friends it was was a warm friendly place. We did go early on a Saturday about 4. They have a nice bar with tv's or could sit at a table. We only had beer and wings but they were good. Was there for a shift change of bartenders both were excellent. One of the nicest pubs in Waterville or Oakland.

I like how the cook thinks outside of the box and always has something just a little bit different. We had Irish Nachos!! Different from your regular nachos with tortillas chips and toppings! This nachos dish was served over fries with corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and dressing on top. It was a large serving; we brought some home. Was really delicious. Trying something different is always fun!

What a wonderful find while riding the back roads of Maine! Large selection of beers on tap, delicious food and a very personable bartender. The fish and chips were so fresh and favorable and the burger and soup of the day satisfying. They also have shirts and hoodies at great prices.

The wings were great as always. The waitress wasn't the friendliest .I had never seen her there before and I've been there plenty of times. I seriously got water and it had floaties in it and she looked put out because I asked for a new one. I asked for lemon twice and didn't get it either time. It's not like she was busy. Then she didn't like it that I asked for the air condition to be turned off we were the only customers except for a few sitting at the bar. Will definitely keep coming back there I just didn't care for the service that day is all.
